• Every student must possess a valid Aadhar card number

• The recipient must be enrolled in class 1st to class 12th in a public or private junior college, residential school, or college in the state during the current academic year
• In the current academic year, the student must have a minimum attendance rate of 75%.
• The student must possess a valid and functional PAN card.
• The program is not relevant to a State Government Official’s ward.
