The Government of Haryana provides admission to the economically backward children of the state in private schools. The government has reserved 25% of seats in all the private schools for economically weaker sections of students. The beneficiaries will get admission free of cost in these schools. The government is also going to establish a monitoring cell in order to track the implementation of the Haryana RTE Admission. This monitoring cell will also address the grievances of the students and their parents. Moreover, the school cannot ask for donations for providing admission to the students.

If the number of applications in any school exceeds the total number of seats available then admission will be provided through the draw. The distance between the school and the house of the student should not be more than one kilometer. Students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC communities will also be provided benefits of this scheme.

Objective Of Haryana RTE Admission

The main objective of admission is to provide free and compulsory education to all the children of the state.
