  • Chief Executive Officer: As per fit and proper criteria of R.B.I. circular Graduate with CAIIB, DBF/DCBM /or C.A./ICWA or Post Graduate in any discipline with minimum 15 years of banking experience, out of which minimum 8 years experience at the middle/senior level management.
  • General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate, M.B.A/CAIIB/ICWA. Minimum 10 years of banking experience as a General Manager in a Co-operative or Nationalised Bank
  • Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIB or C.A.ACWA. Minimum experience of 10 years in Audit Department of a Co-operative or Nationalised Bank. He should have good understanding of industry and risk management practices, knowledge of regulations, legal requirement and should have sensivity of supervisory expectations.
  • Deputy General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum experience of 7 years as Assistant General Manager in a Co-operative or Nationalised Bank. Experience of working in maximum/all departments of the Bank is necessary.

  • Assistant General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate MBA/CAIB, minimum experience of 7 years at higher level position in Head Office of Co-operative or Nationalised Bank. Experience of working in maximum/all departments of the Bank is necessary.
  • Branch Manager: Branch Managers Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum experience of 7 as a Branch Manager/Senior Officer in a Co-operative or Nationalised Bank.
