“The complaint is documented, and a docket number is assigned; this information is automatically reflected in the accounts of the relevant bureau director. It also added that the concerned bureau must resolve the problems in the allotted time. For effective execution, the responsible Bureau Head shall assess the complaints daily, whilst the secretary or chairman shall do so once per week. Students can use a single platform to submit a variety of issues. Due to accurate documentation and docket numbers, it will be simpler to monitor the development of the complaints.
