YEIDA Plot Scheme Result:- As we all know a lot of candidates have registered themselves under the YEIDA Plot Scheme. The candidates are patiently waiting for the final results/ Draw list. The scheme was launched on August 8, 2023. The scheme will provide 1,184 plots near the upcoming Noida international Greenfield Airport at Jewar, located along the Yamuna expressway. The last date to apply for this scheme was on September 1, 2023.
According to reports, almost 1,40,750 applications have been received by the government for thus scheme. Over 10,000 forms may be left out of this draw. Of these forms, around 9500 forms filled by plan-2 and plan-3 will be out of the draw and around 500 forms may be rejected owing to various reasons.

YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme 2023 Payment Plan
The payment can be done by visiting the official website of YEIDA. The applicants have three plans for payment under the YEIDA Residential Scheme:-
- In the first payment plan the candidate have to pay 100% of the total premium. The candidate have to pay registration fees, within 90 days from the date of issue of the allotment letter and GST.
- The second payment plan says that candidate have to pay 50% of the total premium. And the other half can be pain in installments within half an year. This plan includes 10% interest per annum on reducing the principal amount at the end of each half year.
- In the third plan the candidates must have to pay 30% of the principal amount. This has to be done within the first 90 days and other 70% in two half yearly installments with interest of 10% per year on reducing the principal amount at the end of each year.

How To Check YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme Draw Result 2023?
On October 18, the draw result will be declared and program will be conducted in Greater Noida at the community center of P-3 Sector. The candidates can also check the results of YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme Result on the official website of the program. To check the results online the candidates have to click on “ Live Draw RPS07/2023 Scheme, YEIDA Section to check the results. Enter the application form number to proceed.
Yamuna Authority Plots 2023 Scheme Details
The scheme ensures to provide residential plots to citizens. Around 1,184 plots will be distributed under this scheme. There are 194 plots available in the size of 120 sqm and 260 plots in the size of 162 sqm. In the category of 200 sqm, the authority offers 466 plots. The scheme will also offer 208 plots of size 300 sqm. 24 plots of size 500 sqm, 13 plots of size 1,000 sqm and 19 plots of size 2000 sqm.
