  • Assistant Manager: First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
  • Manager: First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and / or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
  • Trainee Officer: CA/ ICWA/ C.A. Inter passed.
  • Clerk: Post graduate in Commerce/ Science/ Management.

Experience (अनुभव)

  • Assistant Manager: At least 5 years experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 3 years in Asst. Manager cadre. Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring and Follow- up) is mandatory. Multi-tasking will be added merit.
  • Manager: At least 10 years experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 5 years in Managerial/Asst. Manager cadre. Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring and Follow- up) is mandatory.

  • Trainee Officer: Experienced/ Fresher. C.A.-Inter/ Final appeared candidates may apply.
  • Clerk: Minimum 2 years’ experience required. Experience in Financial Institute will be preferred.

Age Limit (वयाची अट) 

  • Assistant Manager: Not more than 35 years as of 31.08.2022.
  • Manager: Not more than 40 years as of 31.08.2022.
  • Trainee Officer: Not more than 29 years as of 31.08.2022.
  • Clerk: Not more than 25 years as of 31.08.2022.
