Jagananna Jeeva Kranthi Scheme
Under the Jagananna Jeeva Kranthi Scheme 2021, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy will be implementing different welfare schemes for the development of women who belong to minority category. In this scheme, the women of the Andhra Pradesh state will be getting sheep and goats to provide themselves with a good livelihood. The government will be spending around Rupees 1868.63 crore in this scheme. YSR Government will provide around 2.49 lakh sheep and goats units to all of the population. Each unit of sheep and goat will contain either 14 sheep or goats. This will be a very prestigious scheme for the women belonging to the backward category.
Benefits Of YSR Jagananna Jeeva Kranthi Scheme
In this scheme, units of sheep and goats will be provided to the women who belong to the backward categories including the minority categories. This will be a really big step by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state because it will help the women to live their lives without depending upon everyone. Also, in the Andhra Pradesh Jagananna Jeeva Kranti Yojana 2021 amount will be given at Rupees 75000. This will help with the cost of transport and insurance. It is also said that there will be the distribution of 4.69 lakh units of cows and buffaloes with ₹3,500 crores to strengthen the dairy sector.

Objective Of Jagananna Jeeva Kranthi Yojana
The main objective of the launch of Jagananna Jeeva Kranthi Scheme is to provide partnership and also provide more business opportunities to the people who want to be self-dependent. This scheme will provide a lot of different opportunities for all of the women belonging to backward categories. This will definitely give rise to more and more job opportunities. 31 lakh housing sites are also distributed among the women and will be getting registered on the name. Women can buy local sheep and goat from their region and can avail the services of the committee to be set up with two veterinary doctors, officials from SERP and banks will also guide them to choose proper sheep or goat units at a reasonable price.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the scheme:-
- The applicant must only be a women
- An applicant must be above the age of 45 years
- The applicant must be below the age of 60 years
- The applicant must belong to one of the following categories:-
- Backward Classes (BC)
- Scheduled Castes (SC)
- Scheduled Tribes (ST)
- Minority communities

Implementation Procedure Of Jagananna Jeeva Kranthi Scheme
The scheme will implement in the following three stages:-
- In Phase 1, the distribution of 20,000 units will begin till March 2021
- Phase two will conclude the distribution of 130000 units in the second instalment from April to August 2021.
- The third and the last instalment will begin from September with the distribution of 99000 units and will conclude in December 2021.
