The eligibility criteria for Jyothi Sanjeevini Scheme are as follows:

• The applicant must reside in Karnataka permanently.
• The candidate must be an active state government worker.
• People working in assisted autonomous institutions without KGID numbers connected to the HRMS database are ineligible to apply for this program.
• Pensioners are not included in this program.
• Because there is a different health insurance program for law enforcement personnel called the police Arogya Bhagya program, the police department is likewise ineligible to apply under this program.
